These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NeuroWin mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NeuroWin is an AI-powered sports prediction platform that provides virtual betting experiences, match analysis, and sports analytics for entertainment purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Virtual Currency and Simulated Gambling

NeuroWin uses virtual currencies (Diamonds and Coins) that have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of tangible value. The App does not facilitate real-money gambling, betting, or wagering of any kind.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App to:
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of privacy, or abusive
• Transmit any material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offense
• Violate any applicable local, state, national or international law
• Impair the operation of the App or related services

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AetherLabs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AetherLabs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (c) any content obtained from the App; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
