Device Identifiers: We and our third-party partners (such as advertising networks) may collect identifiers like your Advertising ID (IDFA for iOS and GAID for Android).
Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with the App, including matches viewed, virtual bets placed, and performance statistics.
Log data: Information sent by your device when you use our App, such as IP address and device model.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain App functionality (User profiles, leaderboards).
• Calculate and display sports prediction accuracy and ROI.
• Personalize your experience.
• Respond to your inquiries.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Advertising

We share information with third-party service providers who perform services for us. Specifically:

• Advertising Partners: We use StartApp and Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App. These partners may use your device identifiers and coarse location to provide personalized advertising.
• Push Notifications: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) by Google LLC to deliver push notifications to your device. FCM may collect your device's FCM token (a unique push identifier). • Analytics: We may use analytics tools to understand App usage.

4. Virtual Currency and Simulated Gambling

NeuroWin is a virtual betting platform. Our currencies (Diamonds and Coins) have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not facilitate real-money gambling.

5. Children's Privacy

NeuroWin is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion request, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
